The Best Drinks to Boost Your Immunity

Eating healthily can cut the risk of many health conditions. It can also boost your immune system, which gives you more protection against illnesses, including colds and flu.

So, here are some delicious, immune-boosting drinks that will make sure you get all the vitamins and minerals you need to support your health:

Berry smoothie

Berries like raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries are super-healthy and a fantastic way to boost your immunity – this makes them an amazing choice for a smoothie.

You can add other types of fruit to the mix if you want, along with honey or ginger to add to the taste. Then, mix with milk or plant-based milk and blend until you have your smoothie.

Green smoothie

Another great drink for improving your health is a green smoothie. You can choose any green vegetable, but some popular options are spinach, kale, or celery.

Mix your vegetables with green fruit like apples, kiwi, or grapes – or even another fruit like pineapple or mango for flavor. Then, mix with milk or fruit juice and blend.

Citrus juice

Citrus juices, like orange and grapefruit, have high levels of vitamin C which is essential for your immune system to function properly. They also contain other important vitamins and minerals, including zinc, potassium, and B vitamins.

In addition to this, vitamin C in citrus fruits is known for its strong antioxidant properties, which can promote healing and help your body fight off infections.

Lemon and ginger tea

Hot drinks can help you feel better if you’re sick. But they also have other benefits, especially if you pick an option that promotes better immunity and healing.

Lemon and ginger tea is a fantastic choice as it’s high in vitamins, like vitamin C, and antioxidants. Ginger is also known to promote healthy circulation.

To make this drink, boil some water and add sliced lemon and ginger to it. Leave for several minutes, then strain out these ingredients and enjoy.
